Data we collect

We only collect the data you give us in the “Tell us about your project” form or when you write to us, so we can review your request, contact you and — with your consent — pass it on to partner professionals.

• Contact data: name, phone, WhatsApp (if you provide it) and email.
• Project data: improvements you're interested in, property type, postcode and province, project stage, approximate budget and expected timeframe.
• Any free-text message you add.
• Request language, consents granted with their date, and basic technical data about how you reached us (landing page, referrer and campaign parameters if you arrive from an ad).

Purposes and legal basis

Optional boxes are never pre-ticked. You can withdraw any consent by writing to hola@enerviva.es, without affecting processing already carried out.

• Review your request and contact you about your project (consent and delivery of the requested service).
• Share the necessary details with up to 3 partner professionals so you can receive proposals — only with your separate, explicit consent, which is not required to talk to Enerviva.
• Send you information, tips and news by email — only if you tick that box; you can unsubscribe at any time.
• Comply with legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your data

We never sell, rent or pass your data to third parties for advertising purposes. The only possible disclosure to partner professionals requires your explicit consent.

Retention

We keep your request while we support your project and for up to 24 months after the last contact, so we can pick it up again if you write to us.

If you object or ask for erasure, we delete your data except the minimum we must keep by law. Answers temporarily saved in the form stay in your browser only and are cleared when you submit the request or close the tab.

Recipients and processors

We do not sell your data. We may rely on technical providers (hosting, email delivery, report generation) acting as data processors under appropriate safeguards.

With your explicit consent, we may share the strictly necessary project details and your contact data with up to 3 partner professionals so they can send you proposals or commercial information. You may withdraw this consent at any time by writing to hola@enerviva.es.

International transfers

Where a provider is outside the EEA, we only work with providers offering appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or equivalent).

Your rights

You can exercise the following rights by writing to hola@enerviva.es:

• Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data.
• Withdraw your consent at any time, without retroactive effect.
• Lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
